Employer profiles may include company name, company details, recruiter contact details, job posts, applicant notes, subscription records, and billing information.
Payment information
Payments are processed through an authorized payment gateway. We store transaction references, order status, amount, plan details, and payment identifiers for accounting, fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance. We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, net-banking passwords, or full payment credentials on our servers.
How we use information
We use information to create accounts, verify email addresses through OTP, publish and moderate jobs, process applications, provide employer and candidate dashboards, deliver job alerts, process subscriptions, record transactions, improve platform security, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable law.
Sharing of information
Candidate application information, selected resume files, and profile details may be shared with employers only where the candidate applies for a job or has enabled discoverability features. Employer job and company information may be shown publicly where published or approved. We may share limited information with payment gateways, hosting providers, email providers, analytics/security tools, auditors, advisors, or authorities where necessary to operate the service or comply with law.
Data security
We use access controls, role-based permissions, OTP verification, validation, storage restrictions, and administrative controls to reduce unauthorized access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect user data using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
User choices
Users may update profile information from their dashboard, replace or delete resumes, manage job alerts, and contact support for assistance with account or data requests. Some transaction, security, tax, and audit records may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
