These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Iconnect Jobs. By registering, browsing jobs, posting jobs, applying to jobs, purchasing a plan, or using any dashboard, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
Users must provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials confidential. Employers and recruiters must be authorized to act for the company they represent. Iconnect Jobs may suspend or restrict accounts that provide false information, misuse the platform, violate these terms, or create security risk.
Candidate responsibilities
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, resume, experience, education, salary expectations, application details, and uploaded documents. Candidates must not upload unlawful, misleading, malicious, or third-party confidential content.
Employer responsibilities
Employers must post genuine jobs, use candidate data only for recruitment purposes, respect candidate privacy, and comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, data protection, and communication laws. Jobs may be reviewed, rejected, edited, expired, suspended, or removed if they appear fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, unsafe, duplicated, or otherwise unsuitable.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans may include limits such as job posting credits, featured job credits, resume access, validity period, profile access, or application limits. Plan details are shown before checkout. Payment completion does not guarantee job approval, candidate response, hiring outcome, search ranking, or uninterrupted availability of third-party payment services.
Platform availability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, hosting issues, security events, third-party service failures, or events outside our control.
Prohibited use
Users must not scrape data, spam users, sell candidate data, upload malware, impersonate others, post illegal jobs, attempt unauthorized access, bypass limits, or use the platform for non-recruitment activities without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
